Please submit the following documents to supplement your application:

1. A certified copy of your Identity Document or Passport. If you do not have an Identity Document or Passport, attach a certified copy of your temporary Identity Document.
2. If you are employed, your current payslip (not older than 3 months).
3. Current payslip/s (not older than 3 months) of all employed members of your household.
4. A certified copy of your Grade 12 certificate, results, and, if applicable, any copies of other courses / certificates you are currently busy with, otherwise enclose a recommendation from the school and certified copies of your Grade 10, Grade 11 and, if available, mid-year Grade 12 results.
